عصب آرواره‌ای پایینی (ماندیبولار) Mandibular nerve

عصب فک پایین (V3) بزرگترین عصب از سه بخش عصب سه قلو ، عصب جمجمه پنجم (CN V) است.

ساختمان

ریشه بزرگ حسی از قسمت جانبی گانگلیون سه قلو بیرون می آید و از طریق حفره جمجمه از طریق سوراخ فورامن خارج می شود. Portio minor ، ریشه حرکتی کوچک عصب سه قلو ، زیر گانگلیون سه قلو و از طریق foramen ovale عبور می کند تا با ریشه حسی درست در خارج جمجمه متحد شود.

عصب فک پایین بلافاصله بین tensor veli palatini ، که میانی است و پتروئید جانبی ، که جانبی است ، عبور می کند و یک شاخه meningeal (nervus spinosus) و عصب را به سمت medial pterygoid از سمت میانی می گذرد. سپس عصب به small anterior و large posterior تقسیم می شود.

بخش قدامی سه شاخه اصلی ماستیکاتور و شاخه باکال و بخش حسی را تشکیل می دهد. و شاخه خلفی سه شاخه اصلی حسی ، اعصاب auriculotemporal ، زبانی و inferior alveolar nerves و فیبرهای حرکتی را برای ماهیچه mylohyoid و anterior belly of the digastric فراهم می کند.

  • buccal nerve (a sensory nerve)
  • lateral pterygoid nerve (motor)
• From the posterior division
  • auriculotemporal nerve (a sensory nerve)
  • lingual nerve (a sensory nerve)
  • inferior alveolar nerve (a motor nerve and a sensory nerve – gives off the nerve to mylohyoid (a motor nerve, also supplies the anterior belly of digastric))
